My name is Christian Tübke and I was born 1970 with my twin-brother Alexander in Berlin. After finishing school with the "Abitur", I studied law in Trier, Lausanne and Bonn, focussing on german and french business and corporate law. Then, I practised for two years during the "Referendariat" at the court of appeal in Düsseldorf (LG Düsseldorf) and passed the second law exam (zweites Staatsexamen). Now I'm writing my Ph. D. in comparative german, french and swiss law of joint stock companies.
